- Offer architecture and naming: a common language for what fits and what doesn’t.

- Experience standards and moments: where to over-index, and what to simplify.

What Leaders Should Do Now
Start by resetting decision rules, not visuals. Then make them operational:
- Codify a clear promise, distinctive advantage, and proof — and test them against live decisions.
- Set a light governance rhythm that ties product, sales, and service choices back to that promise.
- Choose measures that reflect revenue quality, retention, and referral — not acquisition alone.
The discipline is to apply the same lens at every stage: growth, change, or transformation. Consistency builds confidence internally and credibility externally.
